Last week, Roger Vivier presented the Fall/Winter 17 collection inspired by…INTERIORS. Each piece of the collection is a decorative element influenced by historical decor from all around the world; be it a 19th-century Ottoman fabric, walls covered with ultra-graphic striped wallpaper, casually draped leopard skins or armful of flowers.
The signature shape is the Buckle Square accented on the new Podium Square ankle boot, and the geometric multi-coloured striped leather marquetry on the Viv’ Cabas daybag.
Take a look at the Parisian promenade walk featuring the signature pieces of the collection…
Side note, the collection was celebrated with a special “All Singing, All Dancing” installation by french artist Jean-Paul Goude: 100 screens showcased the the beat of the world in step with Roger Vivier dancing shoes and singing clutches – evoking the intense pace of our modern era.
